What does Bloombilt actually do?
Three categories of build. Workflow automation runs repetitive work on a trigger. AI agents carry on a conversation with a human and produce a structured outcome. Knowledge assistants answer questions over your own documents. We also build websites and rank them in Google and AI search.
How much does a project cost?
Every engagement is scoped individually after a short call. You'll get a fixed price for the work before anything starts, so there are no surprises later.
How long does it take?
Typical engagements run a few weeks rather than months. Quick scripts can ship in days; multi-system agent builds with several integrations take longer. We give you a timeline as part of the quote.
Do you work with companies outside the US?
Yes. Bloombilt LLC is registered in Minnesota, and we work remotely with clients across the US and Europe.
What stack do you use?
Whatever fits the task. For AI work we use the major providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) plus TypeScript/Python services where custom logic is needed. We won't push you onto our preferred tools when yours already work.
Who owns what we build?
You do. The services agreement assigns work product to the client in full. We retain rights to underlying methods and reusable internal tooling, never to anything specific to your business.
Can you sign an NDA?
Yes. Most engagements start with a mutual NDA before we see anything sensitive. We can sign yours or send ours.
How is custom different from off-the-shelf AI tools?
Off-the-shelf wins when your problem matches the product's assumptions. Custom wins when your data, workflows, or constraints don't fit the box. We'll tell you if off-the-shelf is the right call for your case.
